This is the user's manual for DEGAS 2—a Monte Carlo code for the study of neutral atom and molecular transport in confined plasmas. It is intended to cover all aspects of DEGAS 2 from the user's point-of-view: obtaining the files, compiling them, setting up the input files, executing the code, and interpreting the output. References will be provided for the underlying physics, but the essential aspects will be highlighted. Information for programmers interested in modifying DEGAS 2 can be found within the source code itself. Links to some of the more useful ones are provided.
